テストにパスしなかった理由は
Snow mountain: Unfortunately this image contains undue artifacts when viewed at full size. Artifacts are most commonly caused by over-compression but may be a result of other factors such as excessive level adjustments. Be sure your camera is set at its highest quality setting and if you continue to have issues you may try shooting in RAW/NEF mode, export to TIFF and save your JPEGs at the highest possible quality (level 12) with minimal post processing effects.
CCDの小さなGRDだとJPEGの圧縮ノイズが大きいのかな？？
